We offer several standing seam profiles which we produce on our rollformer. All panels can be produced at our facility or ran at the job-site. We also offer labor only on panels as well as trim. We also offer several other panels from R-Panel, wall panels, soffit, and many more.
Standing Seam Profiles
FF100 1″ Snap Lock (Nail Strip)
FF100 Standing Seam – 1″ Snap Lock Standing Seam Profile with integrated clip, eliminates the need for costly clips, and dramatically saves on labor. This product is well suited for residential, and small commercial applications. Available in 12″ and 16″ widths in both 24 and 26 Gauge Steel.
FF150 1.5" Snap Lock (Nail Strip)
FF150 Standing Seam – 1.5″ Snap Lock Standing Seam Profile with integrated clip, eliminates the need for costly clips, and dramatically saves on labor. Unlike the typical 1″ Nail Strip panel, the FF150 gives a dramatically improved look with the higher 1.5″ rib, and offers the highest wind uplift performance in the industry, including TDI (Texas Windstorm) approval and Miami Dade Approval for high wind zones. Available in multiple widths in both 24 and 26 Gauge Steel and Aluminum on request.
ML150 1.5" Mechanical Lock (Requires clips & seamer)
ML150 Mechanical Lock Standing Seam – Mechanical Lock Standing Seam Profile requires a clip for installation. This structural panel requires that the panel be mechanically seamed during the installation process. The panel is structural and can be used over open framing up to 4′ spacing and is well suited for commercial construction as well as areas requiring high wind speed performance. Available in both 24 and 26 Gauge Steel, .032 Aluminum as well as 16 and 20 Oz. Copper.

R-Panel
R-Panel is a multi-use wall and roof panel used primarily in pre-engineered metal building applications. An optional Purlin Bearing Leg (PBR) rests on purlins and provides support for fastening the panel lap

WAVE PANEL: HIDDEN FASTENER WALL PANEL
When specifications call for a textured wall design without visible fasteners, the Wave Panels offer an excellent solution.
Wave Floating is installed horizontally utilizing hidden clips and fasteners for panel lengths greater than 40′, resulting in a monolithic and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Wave Fixed, also installed horizontally, is installed with an integral fastening flange that is rollformed into the panel during the manufacturing process and can be utilized for panel lengths 40′ or less. Wave Fixed requires a specific clip that is used as a starter panel that attaches to the base trim.
FW PANEL: FLUSH MOUNT WALL PANEL
FW Panel is a 1 1/2-inch deep flush metal panel designed for use in vertical and horizontal applications.
Available 12-inch panel width options include: vee grooves, inverted plank, reveals of up to 3 inches, or a traditional smooth appearance. Regardless of the pattern, the 1 1/2-inch depth and the tongue-and-groove engagement remain the same.
MATRIX SOFFIT PANEL
Matrix soffit panels add an elegant touch to any commercial or residential project. Matrix is available in 12 and 16 inch widths and in colors that match McElroy’s wall and roof panels.

U-PANEL
U-Panel is an exposed fastened wall and roof panel. With a ¾” (approximate) rib height and 6” on center rib spacing, U-panel offers a lower profile and softer appearance than R-Panel or Multi-Rib. U-Panel is widely utilized as a liner panel or partition wall.
7.2 MEGA RIB PANEL
Mega-Rib is a 7.2 exposed fastener panel that provides optimum strength and spanning capabilities. Mega-Rib is a metal roof and wall panel that is equally well suited for industrial and commercial applications. Installed horizontally, Mega-Rib’s bold ribs provide a hard to beat architectural statement.
